Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.In the role of Project Manager, we'll count on you to:Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle, while under supervision of a Program ManagerResponsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projectsResponsible for many aspects of large projectsProduce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrentlyConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions of project site in conjunction with all disciplinesEstablish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsConduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholdersCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project development and complete deliverables on budget and scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleProvide direction to Discipline Leads, PEs, EITs getting started on project tasksParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for code complianceWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in EngineeringExperience working in Program Management and/or Owners Advisory servicesPMP certificationMust have the ability to interact with multi discipline teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skillsHands-on CAD experience *LI-MO1QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering 7 years related experienceA minimum 2 years project management experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseMS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) Demonstrated leadership skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
