Senior Hardware Systems Engineer for AI Compute Boards

MatX is seeking a Hardware Systems Engineer to own the design and validation of AI compute boards and rack-scale trays. You will work across control, data, and management planes to drive power efficiency, performance, and reliability in a cutting-edge data center platform. You will collaborate with thermal, mechanical, ASIC, software, and manufacturing teams, bring up boards in the lab, and support tests.
