Job Title: Heavy Equipment Service Supervisor Department: Service Reports To: Service Manager Position Summary The Heavy Equipment Service Supervisor oversees daily shop operations at a construction equipment dealership. This position leads shop technicians, assigns and monitors repairs, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and manufacturer standards. The supervisor coordinates with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, Parts, Warranty, Sales, and Rental departments to maintain workflow, communicate repair progress, and deliver equipment on schedule.
