As you continue gaining experience, you will strengthen your communication skills, learn how to conduct effective property tours, improve your follow up, and build a better understanding of the local real estate market. Responsibilities Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Qualifications Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Present yourself in a professional manner Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Compensation $150,000+ at plan earnings #J-18808-Ljbffr
