Principal Geophysicist

What you'll be doing Lead the delivery of integrated engineering geophysical solutions for major infrastructure, mining and energy projects. Build trusted relationships with asset owners, engineering consultancies, contractors and other key stakeholders. Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting long-term client growth. Design site investigation strategies using shallow surface engineering geophysical techniques. Prepare technical proposals and present innovative solutions to clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver smarter, faster and more sustainable ground investigation solutions. Contribute to the growth strategy of an industry-leading geophysical technology across the US market. What we're looking for: Experience within infrastructure, mining, critical minerals and/or nuclear sectors. Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience. Proven business development and commercial awareness. Experience preparing technical proposals and managing client relationships. Leadership experience, either through managing teams or leading technical projects. Bachelor's degree in Geophysics or Engineering Geophysics (Master's preferred). Professional Geophysicist registration is advantageous. Authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship. Willingness to travel across the US (approximately 50%).
