DISCRIPTION: As a sales team member for Ryan Bush State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with quoting and starting business with State Farm
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of St. Bonaventure University.
• We currently have 10 team members at our agency.
• We have 45 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
