Special Education Teacher Professional Natick, MA, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1066 Salary Range: $48,000.00 To $68,000.00 Annually RCS is looking for Special Education Teachers to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized educational services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities. This position is full time, Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM. Competitive salary that starts at $48,000/year – pay dependent upon education, licensure, and experience Comprehensive training that caters to all styles of learning Oversight and support from licensed special education teachers Ongoing training provided on a weekly basis Full‑time staff are eligible for benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, long‑term disability insurance, and the ability to save toward retirement Generous vacation and personal time Participation in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, providing eligible employees with significant student loan debt relief Responsibilities Write Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Work in conjunction with the Clinicians under the supervision of the Educational Director to develop curriculum units Align curriculum with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks Comment on students' progress Ensure student participation in MCAS and MCAS‑Alt assessments Organize educational assessments, placement tests, and the development of IEPs with the RCS Clinical Team Qualifications Candidate must enjoy working with children, hold a Bachelor's degree and the necessary licensure, and preferably have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
