Line Cook

Position Summary Line Cooks at Sea Island are cross-trained to perform at different positions in the restaurant to include (but not limited to): Broiler - Broils items to order using gas grill or broiler according to Sea Island specs. Fryer - Deep fry’s items to order according to Sea Island specs. Responsibilities Properly sanitize and set up station according to restaurant’s guidelines. Execute food production according to stated spec and timing. Stock and restock station as needed throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times. Maintain clean and organized food and other kitchen storage areas. Embrace teamwork within the Company, creating a positive work environment. Break down and clean station at the end of the shift, follow daily cleaning list. Complete a positional training program with validation measures throughout. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards. Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by manager. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Reading Skills Standing and walking during entire shift Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work accurately and under pressure Team player with other employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
