Marketing Insights Analyst

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to support GAF's Residential business by leading end-to-end market research initiatives that drive product, marketing, pricing, and customer experience decisions. This individual will partner directly with business stakeholders to understand research objectives, determine the appropriate methodology, develop questionnaires and discussion guides, execute customer research, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making. This role will own the full research lifecycle, including survey development, research execution, data analysis, insight generation, and executive-level presentations. Projects may include new product development research, customer satisfaction studies, pricing initiatives, contractor interviews, and other customer-focused research efforts. The ideal candidate will operate as a trusted business partner, helping stakeholders turn customer feedback into meaningful recommendations and actionable business outcomes.
