Clinical Care Navigator — Addiction & Mental Health
The Crossroads Center
A community service organization in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated case manager to provide clinical and therapeutic services to adults with substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree and related experience, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills. Duties include conducting assessments, ensuring access to resources, and maintaining client engagement.
