Facilities Maintenance Technician
Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and grounds of WoodSpring Suites Cleveland in Cleveland, TN to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, and HVAC system maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and address them promptly to prevent further damage.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Competitive compensation of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.
