ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Life Specialist with State Farm Corporate, and prior to joining State Farm, I sold heavy equipment. Outside of work, our family is full of Ole Miss fans - both my son and daughter attend the university.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. Our agency participates in a variety of local events and organizations, including classic car shows, Christmas parades, county livestock programs, and local sports teams. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Will Hallmark - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
