Guidehealth is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator - Eye Exam Specialist to perform scheduled diabetic eye exams and support quality initiatives. The role requires traveling to provider practices and patient homes in the Houston area, with full training provided for imaging equipment. On non-appointment days, you will support quality reporting across Medicare Advantage STAR, Commercial, Medicaid, and MSSP programs, and work with multiple systems to collect and validate data. #J-18808-Ljbffr Guidehealth
