Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a book of business consisting of middle-market accounts ranging from $25,000 to $300,000 in premium size. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional organisational skills, and a client-focused mindset. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of business consisting of middle-market commercial accounts. Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the EPIC software system. Provide support for non-licensed administrative tasks as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active insurance license required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 3-5 years preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
