Role Summary This role involves marketing and selling real estate investment opportunities, building client relationships, and leveraging our tech‑forward platform to achieve high commission‑based compensation. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new real‑estate investment opportunities through networking, cold‑calling, and referrals. Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers. Use the company CRM to track activities and ensure outreach transparency. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and lead‑generation resources. Support the end‑to‑end transaction process by coordinating marketing, escrow, and contract documentation. Required Qualifications Licensed as a California Real‑Estate Salesperson or Broker (or willingness to obtain a license). Proven success in business or sales—preferably entrepreneurial experience. Experience in business development, especially cold‑calling or door‑to‑door sales. Basic understanding of business finance and real‑estate investment. Compensation 100% commission‑only earning structure. First‑year commission target: $50,000 – $100,000+ Second‑year target: $125,000 – $250,000+ Fifth‑year target: $500,000+ (potential $1,000,000+).
