YMCA of Central Maryland, Inc. is seeking a Provisional Lifeguard to support pool safety, cleanliness, and program operations under the supervision of the Swim Director. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, engaging environment for members and families on the pool deck. Qualified candidates will complete required training and obtain lifeguard certification within 60 days, with CPR/AED/First Aid current.
