Pay: $27-29/hour

Location: Humboldt, TN

Acuity: Pediatric g-tube/trach patient

Available Shift Times: Sunday - Saturday 7a-7p and 7p-7a

What you'll do

• Provide direct care in the home
• Monitor patient condition
• Administer medications
• Support care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred
