The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the integration of technology systems across multiple acquired business units, reducing redundancy, and driving the optimization of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and project management systems. This role demands a leader with a strong operational focus, capable of running multiple technology initiatives, and ensuring that the tech stack supports a distributed, field-based workforce. The VP of IT will also be responsible for team leadership, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and managing relationships with vendors and technology partners. Applicants for the Vice President of Information Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record in system integration within a post-acquisition environment. A background in high-volume, transactional industries such as construction, field services, or telecom infrastructure is essential, as is experience in a PE-backed or acquisition-driven setting. The role requires a candidate with a strong operator mindset, technical fluency in relevant platforms, and a genuine understanding of how AI and automation can enhance operational efficiency.
