Registered Nurse (RN) – Corrections - Full-Time 3x12 – Long-Term Assignment Cedar Park Med is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full‑time openings in a secure correctional facility . This is a long‑term assignment with a steady 3x12 schedule , day or night shift options , and a structured environment where you can rely on clear protocols, strong teamwork, and consistent support. Shift / Schedule Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM 3x12‑hour shifts 13‑week assignment to start; may extend into an open‑ended/long‑term assignment. Every other weekend required Position Overview As an RN in this correctional setting, you play a central role in keeping care safe, consistent, and well‑coordinated in a secure environment. You’ll use strong assessment skills and sound judgment to support patients with acute and chronic needs, work closely with the onsite team, and coordinate appropriately with custody staff to ensure clear follow‑through and patient safety.
