We're an ambitious game studio based in Center Point, and we're in the early stages of developing our next mobile title. As a Associate Project Manager , you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced prototyping phase: coordinating efforts, keeping timelines on track, and helping a passionate team turn creative ideas into playable reality.RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and organize tasks within 1-2 week sprint cycles, ensuring efficient workflow and clear task ownership. Monitor project timelines and milestone deadlines, proactively addressing risks or delays. Support people management efforts, including tracking team members’ availability, vacation, and sick leave to maintain realistic scheduling. Foster clear communication across teams to keep everyone aligned on project goals and status. Maintain an overview of feature progress and ensure critical components are on track. Cultivate a proactive "get the job done" mindset, helping the team stay focused and motivated.
