We're partnering with a fast-growing AI startup that's transforming how businesses engage with customers through Voice AI. They're looking for a Founding Senior Product Manager to drive strategy, execution, and innovation across a rapidly evolving product platform used by thousands of organizations.
This is more than roadmap management. It's an opportunity to work directly with founders, customers, designers, and engineers to build products that solve real-world problems at scale. What You'll Be Doing
- Define product strategy and priorities for key areas of the platform
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to bring new ideas to life
- Spend significant time with customers to uncover opportunities, pain points, and unmet needs
- Analyze user behavior, workflows, conversations, and product usage patterns to inform decisions
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Drive product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
- Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision
- Help shape the future direction of a category-defining AI company
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience building SaaS, B2B, platform, or product-led growth (PLG) products
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments where priorities evolve quickly
- Strong customer empathy and a passion for understanding how users interact with products
- Proven ability to turn customer feedback, behavioral data, and market insights into impactful product decisions
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving initiatives forward

- Have experience launching or scaling AI-powered products
- Bring knowledge of conversational AI, voice technology, or intelligent automation platforms
- Have a track record of taking ownership beyond your job description and driving outcomes independently
