- Set up and operate CNC machining centers, lathes, and horizontal boring mills
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Maintain traceability and documentation throughout each job
- Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and follow all safety protocols
- Produce one-off and short-run components for new equipment and repairs
- Occasionally work with manual machines (preferred, not required)
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, boring mills)
- Ability to set up and operate CNC equipment independently
- Fanuc G-code programming experience
- Ability to read blueprints and perform precision measurements
- Experience with Doosan and Haas machines preferred
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
