The work you will do:

Senior Clerk - District Five / Organizational Development

This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Organizational Development Office, including preparing documents, maintaining files, updating SharePoint sites and supporting budget tracking and purchasing activities. Serves as Property Custodian by managing equipment records and annual inventory. Assists with special projects, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and minutes for the Innovators' Team and supports special events and emergency recovery efforts.

Annual Salary Range: $34,989.51 - $45,280.54

Your specific responsibilities:

Provides support to the Organizational Development Office. Uses a variety of computer systems, software applications, databases, and office equipment to accomplish assigned tasks. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails, and travel documents. Assists with tracking and reporting operating budget expenditures and encumbrances. Maintains and updates SharePoint sites as needed. Organizes and maintains original and electronic files. Gathers, creates, and distributes information and/or documentation as needed. Property Custodian with maintaining and transferring of equipment, requesting decals, and conducting annual inventory scanning. Updates monitor display and SharePoint website. Assist in the implementation of special projects and initiatives related to training, performance management and employee engagement. Works with appropriate staff and partners to evaluate and report on activities. Obtains quotes for purchasing items and makes purchases using Purchasing Card and other payment methods. Process and prepare invoices. Purchases supplies for Organizational Development Office and keeps records for audits. Keep an updated log of budget for all purchases. Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, transcribes meeting minutes and perform administrative duties as needed for the Innovators' Team. Serves on and supports special events committees. Assist in Emergency Recovery Efforts.
