We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team and help with catering events. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes according to our recipes and standards.

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Experience:

• Proven cooking experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a catering environment
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiarity with industry best practices
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
