RN MedSurg Nights

Provides proficient, direct patient care in a 24/7 Acute Care (MedSurg) environment, utilizing the nursing process to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans Monitors and communicates patient conditions Collaborates across disciplines for care coordination Educates patients and families Delegates care to ancillary staff May precept students and new hires Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure At least 6 months of RN experience BLS certification Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Must have valid BLS/CPR certification and relevant life support certifications Key Duties Deliver safe, quality care Collaborate with care teams Educate patients Precept staff Work independently with minimal supervision in a night shift role #J-18808-Ljbffr Aura Health
