Senior Preconstruction Engineer

Responsibilities Work with and support Preconstruction leaders in developing quantity take‑off, cost estimates, lump‑sum bidding, and other preconstruction services. Perform daily estimating and planning activities and disseminate information applicable to planning efforts. Work on Healthcare, Higher Education, Aviation, Adaptive Reuse, and seismic retrofit projects. Meet critical deadlines, accurately obtain quantities for building components, proactively communicate and build relationships with subcontractors, and work as part of a team. Senior Preconstruction Engineer Required Qualifications 3+ years full-time relevant industry experience. 3+ years of experience in a preconstruction or estimating position with a general contractor or trade partner. 1+ year of demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software applications. Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent, with minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
