Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to provide treatment in a home or assisted living setting: $110 per evaluation. We are an outpatient therapy clinic dedicated to supporting the geriatric population with proactive and preventative care. Our team values transparency, collaboration, and professional autonomy. Therapists may set their own schedule and accept or decline patient assignments. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community. Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals. Maintain thorough daily documentation of services in the EMR. Qualifications Graduate with a Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged. Actively licensed as an FL Physical Therapist. Flexible weekend availability. Job Type PRN – part of an on‑call pool working on a per‑diem basis. Advantageous flexibility with the ability to accept or decline assignments based on availability. Opportunities to work in assisted living facilities and residential home settings.
