Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing role in Kansas City, Missouri. The position supports patients in Kansas City, MO, and surrounding areas, and offers eligibility for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus based on key achievements during the first year. Responsibilities The Hospice Registered Nurse will collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans, ensuring charting is completed promptly and consistently, and transport patients to and from specified locations as needed. Key tasks include: Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Provide direct patient care and administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospice standards. Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner to meet critical charting deadlines. Drive approximately 20% of the day to patient locations, maintaining a reliable schedule. Utilize tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software to streamline patient documentation and communication. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of employment. Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school. Minimum 2 years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with ability to drive to various patient locations. Demonstrated self‑management skills for time and schedule. Proficiency with EMR systems, tablets, and mobile devices.
