Housekeeper (Full-Time)

Housekeeping StaffWe are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Staff to perform general housekeeping duties within our shelter residential units. The ideal candidate will ensure that all common areas are clean and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and sanitary environment for our residents.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general housekeeping tasks in shelter residential units.Clean and maintain all common areas of the congregate shelter and scattered site units.Ensure safe and sanitary conditions throughout the facility.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Utilize appropriate equipment for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and bathroom areas.Report to the congregate shelter coordinator and shelter director for scattered site units.RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills.
