Financial Reporting And Analytics LeaderThis position is responsible for leading financial reporting, advanced analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial expertise, advanced technical data skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of complex financial and operational dataDevelop and maintain executive-level dashboards, KPI reporting, and advanced financial modelsPartner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and IT teams to support strategic planning and business initiativesDrive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes through data-driven analysisIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performanceDesign and automate scalable reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracyDevelop predictive models, scenario analyses, and variance reporting to support business decisionsEnsure data integrity and consistency across ERP, data warehouse, and reporting systemsLead ad hoc financial and operational analyses for senior leadership and executive teamsSupport M&A analysis, business cases, and investment evaluations as neededMentor junior analysts and promote best practices in financial analytics and reportingProvide management and development to the finance and accounting teamCollaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support reporting controls and governanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or related field.5-8+ years' experience in financial analysis, FP&A, data analytics, or related roles.MBA, CPA, or related certification preferredExperience in corporate finance, treasury, or strategic finance environmentsExperience supporting executive leadership and board-level reportingSkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.Advanced skills with complex modeling, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingStrong experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or LookerExperience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, or similar platformsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with data warehousing, cloud analytics platforms, and financial systems integrationsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements independentlyPhysical RequirementsMust be able to perform repetitive motion activities, such as typing, regularly.Frequently required to sit for prolonged periods of time, reach for/manipulate standard office equipment, communicate with various staff and/or reach for and manipulate objects.EnvironmentRegularly exposed to indoor/climate-controlled office environmentCompensation MinUSD $135,000.00/Yr.Compensation MaxUSD $155,000.00/Yr.
