Lead AI Product Manager

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points What the Candidate Will Do Craft and execute bold Gen-AI products for Riders, Eaters or Drivers. Translate fuzzy user pain into lovable, metric-moving features. Partner with Eng/DS/Design to launch fast and iterate faster. Understand emerging AI trends and inject the best ideas into the roadmap. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of Product Management experience delivering highly successful ML products. Experience launching Gen AI applications or agentic systems, from initial conception to launch, is highly preferred. MS in CS/Eng (or equivalent); can spar technically without blinking. Data-driven driver-clarity, collaboration, and ruthless prioritization. Elite written & verbal comms; mission-aligned. Preferred Qualifications Former ML engineer or data scientist For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
