Partner Engagement Specialist (6 months contract) (Fully Remote)

The Partner Engagement Specialist is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and optimizing supplier performance across languages. This role liaises with Program Squads and Talent Procurement to ensure capacity and quality targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Make data-driven supplier selections based on quality, capacity, language strategy, and client needs. Manage supplier onboarding, utilization, and performance, initiating quality improvement plans when required. Handle hardware asset management, compliance incidents, and audit-readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Requirements: Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of the language services industry. Strong data literacy, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
