Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Manhattan/Brooklyn, NY
Duration: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Project Manager requirements:
- Strong client-management skills and complete financial ownership of projects
- Strong experience running commercial interiors, restaurant, hospitality or office projects
- Experience managing projects from planning and buyout through execution, change orders and closeout
- Strong scheduling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore
- P6 experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of change orders, costs, budgets and project financials
- Ability to provide a sample project schedule and sample meeting minutes
- Demonstrated ownership—not someone who waits for others to solve problems.
