Patent Associate - Dallas

This is a Dallas-based opportunity for a junior- to mid-level patent associate attorney to join our client’s high-performing Intellectual Property team.This technically-informed and commercially-relevant group is trusted counsel for Strategic Patent Counseling and IP Diligence, PTAB Proceedings, and Patent Litigation & Amicus Filings.They advise clients on a wide range of biotechnology-related intellectual property issues, including evaluating third party patents ahead of product launches for multinational biopharma enterprises, and developing patent filing strategies around new therapeutic approaches for leading cancer research institutions.They represent clients on a broad range of counseling and strategic portfolio development and management.
