Large automotive manufacturing company located in the Wooster Ohio is looking for a Quality Manager

JOB DUTIE

SLead and manage the Quality Assurance functio
nManage the audit program as well as supplier development and improvement and play a key role in ensuring project deliverie
sPromote a culture of quality, operational efficiency, and sustainable process improvements
.Drive, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO-9001, ISO-13485 or other relevant standard
sDevelop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality performance (e.g., scrap rates, customer complaints, and defect levels)
.Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processe
sMaintain relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize profit by achieving quality targets for customers and business goal

REQUIRE

D 10+ years working in Quality Assurance in a high volume plant manufacturing environme
nt3+ years working as a Quality Manag
erExperience in ISO-9001 or similar quality syste
msProficient in root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC, PPAP, APQP and other statistical analysis too
