We encourage our team members to continuously seek knowledge, ask probing questions, and challenge conventional thinking to uncover innovative solutions that set us apart from the competition./ppResponsibilities Expectations:/ppThe Industrial Sales Rep will be responsible for sales of Kohler /Rehlko Power Systems products and maintaining customer relationships throughout southeast Florida./pulliEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and interface with them on a daily basis/liliSell new industrial power products, including gas diesel generators, ATS and switchgear, in a designated territory/liliBuild personal and professional relationships with Engineers, Contractors, Dealers, Wholesale Installers, and Institutions/liliPrepare quotes and proposals/liliQuote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained/liliPrepare weekly call reports and dashboards to track and forecast opportunities/liliEnters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database/liliMeet or exceed sales goals and maintain profit margins/liliPlan sales work on a long-term basis by setting quotas on calls made to potential and current clients, and the potential of sales for each established account/liliTravel throughout the assigned territory and to trade shows/liliBi-lingual a plus/li/ulpQualifications and Competencies:/pulliBachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, plus three to five years pertinent sales experience, preferably in generator product or service sales, industrial sales, or related industries/liliPossess good problem-solving skills while being able to effectively resolve customer complaints/liliResults-oriented, self-starter and excellent organizational skills./liliMust have excellent communication capabilities/liliMust have a valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record/li/ulpYoull thrive at IPS if you/pp Lead with integrity and prioritize safety.
