We run heavy equipment on septic installs across Woodford, Peoria, and Tazewell counties. We need someone who can operate both, own the job site, and work alongside a crew lead without needing to be managed.

We don't need to tell you to show up on time or work hard. If we do, this isn't the right fit.

The Job:

• Operate the excavator and skid steer on septic installs, repairs, and field work. Digging, grading, backfilling.
• Drive the dump truck to and from jobsites. Hauling materials, delivering equipment.
• Work alongside our crew lead on every install from start to finish.
• Keep equipment clean, fueled, and ready. You are accountable for what you run.
• Assist with the actual install. Laying pipe, gluing fittings, and getting in the trench when the job calls for it.
• Leave every customer's property in better shape than you found it.

What We Require:

• Clean MVR. This is non-negotiable.
• Excavator experience, or documented heavy equipment experience with a real willingness to learn.
• CDL preferred. We will sponsor the right candidate and pay for it.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions, full time.
