Senior Claims Advocate

Senior Claims Advocate Senior claims advocate to join our Commercial Insurance Claims team. Responsibilities include processing new claims, completing pre‑renewal claims reviews, and advocating for clients on their claims. The role also involves submitting claims to carriers, notifying the service team of new claims and maintaining accurate claim logs and information in our agency management system (EPIC). Responsibilities Process new claims as they come in. Complete pre‑renewal claims reviews. Advocate for clients on their claims. Submit claims to carriers and notify the service team of new claims. Maintain accurate claim logs and information in EPIC. Qualifications At least 5 years of insurance claims management experience. Experience working with EPIC is a plus. Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Self‑starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of the business.
