AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Full-Time Admissions Director at Good Shepherd Village located at 422 N Burnett Rd, Springfield, Ohio.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction after admission and communicating with them after discharge.
• Responsible for Coordinating the admission process, to communicate with prospective residents and their family members, communicate with insurance companies
• be a lead for community tours as applicable
• coordinate and track admission's data and implement into tracking spreadsheets
• must build relationships with local hospitals and other referral sources, responsible for coordinating community PR events
• maintaining and managing insurance authorizations
• minor travel will be required- nothing over night
• responsible for updating facility social media pages
• other duties as assigned.
• Preferred Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration or a similar field.
• 1 Year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Pay will be based on experience.
