Qualifications Who You Are: Demonstrates and models Broder Sachse’s core values Experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping, required Reliable transportation, required Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: Complete service requests: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and miscellaneous repairs Maintain interior and exterior common areas Prepare apartments for move ins Complete emergency and preventative repairs to prevent damage or deterioration.
