Description: Utility Worker - 6 openings

Payrate is $18.38 same for all shifts as a temp, but they will get a shift differential if they perform well enough to be hired as regular. Right now all workers must be open to the following schedule: candidates will start on first shift, 5:45am 2pm; if offered a position, he/she will be transferred to another shift. In the fall of 2020, no date has been set, we will move to a four shift operation. Shifts will be 6am 6pm, four days on, three days off.

MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE & HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SUMMARY The Utility position is an hourly position, and reports to the Production Shift Supervisor. The employee is responsible for ensuring that the end process of producing quality shingles continues even during process upsets. The Utility ensures that only quality product makes it from the production line.
