This role offers the opportunity to support a major site where financial insights directly influence operational performance, strategic planning, capital decisions, and long-term value creation. You will gain direct exposure to the full manufacturing environment, including paper machine operations, converting, utilities, maintenance, capital projects, inventory, and cost performance drivers.Our onsite Sr. Manager of Analysis will support the organization by providing actionable manufacturing and financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and business partnering with our operations leaders to create value and close gaps.This is a highly visible business partnering role where you will work directly with operations leaders to connect financial performance, operational drivers, and strategic priorities into actionable decisions.We are recruiting contribution-motivated candidates with strong critical and entrepreneurial thinking skills who demonstrate initiative, natural curiosity, and a drive to transform. As an experienced Sr. Manager and financial analyst, you will be able to leverage your expertise to drive operational improvements and support strategic decision-making at the Palatka Mill. We serve as the primary financial business partners for the site and our division. The Sr. Manager of Analysis will report to the site Operations Finance Leader and will be part of a larger finance team supporting multiple Consumer Products locations.Location: This role is based at our Palatka, FL paper manufacturing facility. Being embedded at the mill allows you to stay close to operations, build strong relationships with mill leadership, observe and hear manufacturing decisions firsthand, and translate operational activity into financial insight.How You Succeed: Build and develop trusted business partnering relationships with Palatka operations and leadership teams. Bring a strong analytical mindset and challenge the process. Help coach our operations partners on economic decision-making, project support, and value creation by identifying, measuring, and tracking key bets and performance gaps.
