Title Processor (Female)
Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $75,000
Our client is seeking an experienced female Title Processor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling residential real estate transactions from start to finish and be comfortable managing multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare title reports
- Review and resolve title issues
- Schedule and coordinate closings
- Handle post-closing files and recordings
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous title processing experience required
- Experience AccuTitle software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
