Job Overview Title: Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate – NECOA by Coway Location: The Woodlands Mall, The Woodlands, TX 77380 Job Type: Regular – Full Time Responsibilities Demonstrate NECOA water purification products to customers in the branded retail store. Engage customers, build rapport, and create a memorable buying experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff. Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready at all times. Report sales, provide competitive insights, and track activity to Retail Operations. Document and report sales accurately and submit all required paperwork. Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of prior sales, retail, or customer service experience. Knowledge of products and services relevant to a retail environment. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Capability to maintain customer confidentiality. Compensation & Benefits $18–$20 per hour base pay, paid weekly. Monthly sales bonuses.
