Summary:
Experienced Phlebotomist responsible for collecting and processing clinical and forensic specimens, ensuring accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, and documentation. Provides exceptional patient service while maintaining confidentiality, safety, and quality standards across multiple locations.

Job Title: Phlebotomy : (Floater)
Summary:
Experienced Phlebotomist responsible for collecting and processing clinical and forensic specimens, ensuring accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, and documentation. Provides exceptional patient service while maintaining confidentiality, safety, and quality standards across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections.
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation.
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience.
- Travel between locations and provide coverage as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
