Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 12/28/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 0+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy services is highly desired; previous assignment with the agency or organization is preferred.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment plans focused on patient progression, and documents care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements. Participates in student programs, maintains license in good standing, and follows organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates professional behaviors consistent with organizational values and safety protocols, including patient handling, infection control, and safe work environment practices.
