Empower students to thrive as a Licensed Occupational Therapist on a full-time contract assignment near Smyrna, DE. This school-based role calls for a dedicated OT ready to make a lasting impact, serving a diverse student population. What We’re Looking For:

Active and current OT license
Proven experience (with 4–5 highlighted examples) providing occupational therapy in school settings
Background working with students on the autism spectrum and those experiencing behavioral challenges
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned schools each weekday
Clear record and ability to pass fingerprinting and comprehensive background checks, as well as a drug screening
Full-time availability (37.5 hours/week); strictly no part-time candidates
Professional, punctual, and responsible work habits—consistent presence and prompt communication if unable to report
Comfort with virtual interviews (Teams platform, 15–30 minutes)

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group OT services to students according to IEP goals
Craft meaningful interventions to support fine/gross motor skills, sensory regulation, and functional independence
Collaborate with special educators, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure integrated support
Complete documentation promptly and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
Contribute expertise in multidisciplinary meetings and share strategies for classroom success
