Seasonal Sales Associate What you will do: Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. What you need to succeed: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). 0–1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service. Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight. Hiring Range: $14.00–$19.80 USD per hour Benefits: This is a part‑time or limited‑time position and is not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans.
