PHYSICIAN LIAISON

We are seeking a full-time Physician Liaison to join our growing orthopedic and performance medicine team. The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and strengthening referral relationships throughout Staten Island and surrounding communities while representing the practice with professionalism and integrity. This is a field-based position requiring consistent in-person outreach to medical offices and community partners. iOrtho specializes in outpatient orthopedics with an emphasis on sports medicine, spine, pain management, and physical therapy. We have been serving Staten Island since 2000 and are committed to helping patients return to their daily activities as quickly and safely as possible. Job Duties and Responsibilities Conduct 25+ in-person visits per week to physician offices, wellness clinics, physical therapy centers, gyms, urgent care clinics, imaging centers, senior living communities, and other healthcare partners Develop new cross-referral relationships within the medical and wellness community Reactivate dormant referral sources and strengthen existing partnerships Schedule and coordinate educational meetings and presentations with community groups and providers Track outreach activity and referral data within CRM systems Provide monthly reporting on referral growth and outreach performance Represent the practice professionally at community and networking events Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Physician Liaison, Healthcare Marketing Representative, Pharmaceutical Representative, or Sales Representative Demonstrated track record of referral growth and territory development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities Working knowledge of healthcare compliance standards EEO Disclosure iOrtho is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
