Director of People Operations - Public Sector HR Leader

Gulfshoresal is seeking a collaborative executive to lead the County's People Operations in Charlotte County, Florida. The role directs talent acquisition, employee relations, classification and pay, benefits, safety, wellness, and training and development. Reporting to County leadership, you will negotiate with unions, serve as spokesperson for management, shape personnel policies, and strengthen the Business Partner service model while building trusted relationships with the Board and a 1,700+ #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Government Resources, Inc.
